[Spoiler: Dream High] Kim Soo Hyun transforms into ‘Dark Samdong’

On KBS 2TV’s “Dream High“‘, country boy ‘Samdong’ – played by actor Kim Soo Hyun – has transformed into ‘Dark Samdong’.

The 11th episode of “Dream High” started with Samdong’s shocked reaction to ‘Jin Guk” (OckTaecyeon) and ‘Haemi’ (Bae Suzy)’s kiss. Up until that moment, Samdong had been an innocent boy who was genuinely in love with Haemi.

Heartbroken and angry, Samdong decides to cut his hair – a traditional symbolic gesture of one’s transformation. Stepping out from the barber’s, Samdong will now walk as “Dark Samdong”, a cold man stunned by the betrayal of love.

The shock eventually wears off as he walks through the streets. Samdong is seeing crying as he broods over his thoughts, “My mother lied to me. She said the heaven only gives as much pain as one can withstand, but it is too difficult for me to bear”.

It’ll be interesting to see how the love triangle will be affected by Samdong’s abrupt transformation. Stay tuned to allkpop for more “Dream High” updates!

Super Junior-M unveils full MV for “Perfection”

Hold onto something ladies, because the boys of Super Junior-M have finally unveiled the full MV for their comeback track, “Perfection“!

It’s a seriously sexy video complete with smouldering looks into the camera that’s sure to make any ELF swoon in their seat. The choreography is as aggressive as ever, and the set gives off a darkly sophisticated feel to the overall track.

[Spoiler: Dream High] IU & Wooyoung hold…

After finally realizing their feelings for one another on last week’s episode of KBS’s “Dream High“, the trailer for the 14th episode featured footage of ‘Pil Sook’ and ‘Jason’ holding hands as they prepare to submit their video auditions.

For the past few episodes, the ‘milky couple’ has been melting the hearts of fans with their push-and-pull tactics, so fans were elated to see them initiate skinship like this. They gushed, “They make me so excited,” and “What if they have their first kiss!”

The preview of the upcoming episode which will air on February 21st also brought out the viewers’ curiosity about the other cast members, as they saw ‘Baek Hee’ pulling ‘Hyemi’ into a hug and asking what’s going to happen to ‘Jin Guk’, as ‘Jin Guk’ watches on in tears.

SECRET wins Inkigayo Mutizen + other performances

SBS’s Inkigayo is back once again, and this week’s show was full of amazing and fun performances from the top participating K-pop artists!

The ‘Take 7′ nominees for the February 20th episode of Inkigayo were GD&TOP (“Don’t Go Home“),MBLAQ (“Stay“), Seungri (“What Can I Do“), SECRET (“Shy Boy“), G.NA (“Black & White“), Mighty Mouth feat. Soya (“Tok Tok“), and Navi (“Well Done“). Due to other schedules, GD&TOP, Seungri, MBLAQ, and Navi did not perform on today’s show.

Having already won once on M! Countdown, and most recently a K-Chart triple crown on Music Bank, SECRET finally completes the grand slam with their first-ever Mutizen win for “Shy Boy.” The girls have already stepped up into the big leagues with this string of wins.
